1. What you share with us

Sustainly is your private creator workspace. We only store what you choose to enter — nothing from your social channels unless you type it yourself.

• Account info: email and display name.
• Profile: your niche, platforms, and how often you post.
• Energy check-ins: your daily scores and optional notes.
• Journal: reflections, tags, and what worked for you.
• Planner: your content ideas, status, and schedule.
• Recovery mode: when it’s on and why (to suggest a lighter pace).

We don’t connect to YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms to pull stats or posts. If you mention a platform, that’s because you told us — not because we scanned your account.

2. Why we use it

Your data powers the product you signed up for — not ads, and not a public profile.

• Track burnout and show trends over time.
• Keep your planner and journal in one place.
• Generate AI ideas that fit your niche and past reflections.
• Apply plan limits fairly (Free, Pro, Pro+).
• Help you with billing or support when you reach out.

3. How we keep it safe

Your workspace is private to your account. We use secure cloud hosting and encrypted connections (HTTPS) when you use the app.

• Your check-ins, journal, and planner stay tied to your login — other users cannot see them.
• We keep your data while your account is active.
• Sign-in cookies and theme preference may be stored in your browser so the app works smoothly.

Want your data removed? Email us. Self-serve export and delete are coming later.

4. Who else sees your data

We do not sell your information. We only share what’s needed to run Sustainly:

• AI partner: when you ask for content ideas, parts of your journal and profile context may be sent to our AI provider so answers feel personal. Cloud AI is included — you don’t need your own API key.
• Sign-in with Google: only if you choose it — basic profile info to log you in.
• Hosting & database providers: they store and serve the app securely on our behalf.

We don’t use ad trackers (no Google Analytics-style tracking, no ad pixels). Questions about how this works technically? Email us — happy to explain.

5. What we don’t collect

• Your social channel stats, videos, or DMs.
• Your location or GPS.
• Payment card details (online billing isn’t live yet).
• Your phone contacts, camera, microphone, or browsing outside Sustainly.

6. Your choices

• View and edit your data anytime in the dashboard.
• Request account deletion by email.
• See Pricing for AI usage limits on each plan.
